Toket Village is part of Proppo District where the livelihood is producing tofu. Tofu dregs waste is waste produced from the tofu making process that is no longer used. In the tofu making process, unused tofu waste extract is often traded at a low price as animal feed. In fact, tofu dregs still have a protein content of 8.66%; fat 3.79%. With proper utilization, tofu dregs waste can have economic value that can improve the welfare of local MSMEs. This KKN is trying to innovate the making of tofu dregs into snacks in the form of 'snacks' which are packaged in the form of community service by involving PKK mothers in Toket Village, Proppo District. This community service activity is carried out by providing education that tofu dregs also have a higher economic value and the practice of making it is quite easy and simple with basic ingredients that are easy to find. The hope of this training is to educate the community as an effort to utilize tofu dregs waste with economic value.

TRANSFORMATION LOMBANG VILLAGE WATERMELON TRANSFORMATION: FROM FRESH FRUIT TO INNOVATIVE ZERO-WASTE BASED ECONOMIC PRODUCTS

This Community Service Program (KKN) aims to optimize the local potential of Lombang Village through the innovation of processing watermelon into economically valuable products using a Zero Waste approach. Watermelon is one of the village's leading agricultural commodities, yet often the harvest is not optimally absorbed by the market. Therefore, the KKN team from Annuqayah University, Post 15, initiated training and mentoring programs for processing watermelon into various products such as watermelon jam, candied watermelon rind, watermelon rind chips, and liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), by utilizing all parts of the fruit to reduce waste. This activity involved active community participation and aimed to raise awareness about organic waste management and empower family economies. The results showed that the community was very enthusiastic and capable of independently replicating the products. This program is expected to be an initial step towards economic independence based on local potential and environmentally friendly principles. Through mentoring activities for local residents especially mothers as part of the KKN program, followed by processing and production, this initiative also included training programs for the community on processing techniques and effective packaging. As a result, the comprehensive utilization of watermelon not only succeeded in reducing waste but also increased the economic value for the people of Lombang Village.

The purpose of this training is to improve the community's knowledge and skills in processing coconuts into high-value processed products, particularly crispy coconut chips. Although coconuts are only used for conventional products such as coconut milk and oil, this commodity is easily found in many places. The method of processing coconuts into crispy, long-lasting chips and product marketing strategies to maintain market competitiveness were taught to participants in this training. Theoretical explanations, live demonstrations, and practical coconut chip making were part of the training method. The training results showed that participants had a better understanding of the production process, equipment usage, and the economic potential of coconut chip products. It is hoped that this training will help build small businesses based on local potential and encourage community economic independence.

RESEARCH EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION AND COUNSELING ABOUT CLOTH SANDALS IN IMPROVING ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS AMONG TEENAGERS IN PASONGSONGAN VILLAGE, PASONGSONGAN DISTRICT, SUMENEP REGENCY

Pasongsongan village, Pasongsongan subdistrict, Sumenep district is one of the villages with a fairly large waste problem, due to people's habit of throwing rubbish directly into rivers and the sea. Disposable sanitary napkin waste is also a big problem for Pasongsongan village, both sanitary napkins for women and even sanitary napkins for small children. This research uses a quantitative approach with data analysis using interview data with village heads and village women as local stakeholders, as well as surveys of village environmental conditions.

The results of the analysis show that the habit of teenagers in Pasongsongan village in choosing sanitary napkins is using disposable sanitary napkins and the habit of disposing of community waste is throwing rubbish in rivers and the sea. The effectiveness of counseling and education in increasing environmental awareness among teenagers is very good and has succeeded in encouraging teenagers to use cloth sanitary napkins as an alternative to minimizing waste income starting from themselves. By implementing the recommendations from this research, it is hoped that Pasongsongan Village will experience an increase in awareness for every teenager to choose cloth sanitary napkins as their next sanitary napkin. It is also hoped that this research will provide guidance for other villages that face similar challenges regarding waste problems in their villages.

Natural resources are very potential in determining the direction of movement of a village or a certain region. Natural resources, if managed properly, help the economic development of a country, especially for people who inhabit coastal areas. For the people of Tlanakan village, the fishing profession is one of the professions that is maintained and is a livelihood that provides considerable profits. So far, the people of Tlanakan village have used the fish caught to sell to the market in a fresh (unprocessed) state. The goal to be achieved in PKM community service activities is to increase community productivity and independence through processed fish into fish chips and various other processed products. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, which is a research that reveals or clarifies a phenomenon or event that occurs in the present. The data collection technique uses observation and interviews with village communities.
