Peer Review Process
- The initial review process is checking the similarity of the paper and will be conducted by the editorial committee. In this case, the minimum similarity tolerated is less than or equal to 20% for every submitted paper.
- The journal undertakes a double review process and any submitted paper will be reviewed autonomously by two reviewers at the minimum.
- Decision for the initial review process will be informed to the author within a week of submission date while for the next step, the author will be contacted not more than one month after the first decision sent.
Publication Frequency
Alpha Epsilon Journal of Mathematics published twice a year in January and July. It is open to all scientists, researchers and educational practitioners.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides direct open access to its content on the principle that making research results available to the public can support greater global knowledge exchange.
Archiving
This journal uses the PKP Preservation Network system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and allows those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes.
Article Submission Charges
The author or author's institution does not pay a submission fee for each article.
Article Processing Charges
The author or author's institution pays a publication fee for free.
Screening for Plagiarism
To avoid claims of plagiarism in articles published in this journal, the management expects authors to ensure that each article they wish to publish does not constitute:
- The article has been/will be published elsewhere.
- The article has/will be submitted for patent.
- The research does not use illegal software
In addition, each article will be checked first using anti-plagiarism software such as Turnitin and iThenticate.
