Abstract

The main point of national education is to develop students to become a generation that is capable, skilled, creative, and obedient to God Almighty. To ensure that this is achieved, it needs to be supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. This research aims to find out the implementation of standard facilities and infrastructure policies which include obstacles, the level of school compliance, the impact of policy implementation, factors that influence policy implementation. This research uses a qualitative approach, with case studies as the research method chosen. Apart from that, this research also uses quantitative analysis to see school compliance. Data sources involve the principal, the school environment, teachers, an inventory of items in the school. The theory used to analyze data on policy implementation and school compliance uses Dunn's theory. The research results stated that; 1) the implementation of the facilities and infrastructure policy at TKS Aengbaja Kenek is classified as quite compliant with a final score of 56. This figure shows that the school has not fully complied with the established facilities and infrastructure standards, 2) the impact is less than optimal teaching and learning processes, 3) there are two obstacles, namely from the internal side and the external side, 4) there are also two supporting factors, namely the internal side and the external side. Support from the school principal includes internal support, while parent participation includes external support.
