Publication Frequency

Jurnal Studi Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir (JSQT) is published by the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program, Ushuluddin Faculty, Universitas Annuqayah (UA) Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. This journal is published periodically, twice a year, in July and December.

Publication Ethic

Jurnal Studi Al-Qur’an dan Tafsir (JSQT) is a journal that was initiated to continue developing studies about the Al-Qur'an and tafsir from various scientific perspectives. This journal adheres to ethical behavior standards in every stage of publication we will recommend as follow.

Publication Ethics for Journal Editors

The editor has full responsibility for each paper published in the journal after approval by the editorial board. Editors must assess the quality of paper received and then be willing to submit the results of corrections related to plagiarism, intellectual property, and defamation.

  1. Editors should be fair and objective regardless of gender, ethnicity, religious or political beliefs.
  2. All informations from the paper received are confidential, so it should not be disclosed to anyone without the author's permission.
  3. Any paper that is not selected for publication must be returned to the authors immediately so that it can be used again by them.
  4. The editor must accompany the authors and reviewers at every stage of publication.

Publication Ethics for Reviewer

Reviewers have the responsibility to assist the editor in assessing each paper received from the author.

  1. Reviewers must assess each paper received fairly and objectively.
  2. Reviewers are responsible for the paper reviewed, whether in the form of references, citations or plagiarism while maintaining any confidential information for personal interests.
