Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are read and evaluated by the editorial staff, and must follow Aims and Scope and Author Guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscript to this journal (Asian Journal of Law and Islamic Finance) must be written in English. The manuscript must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Those manuscripts that are inappropriate to journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. Manuscripts that potentially interest our readership are sent to at least two reviewers in the form of double-blind review (both the reviewer and authors are anonymous). The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer's recommendation from among several possibilities: accepted, need minor revision, require major revision, or rejected.
