Assuq: International Journal of Islamic Economic Studies (AIJIES) is dedicated to protecting its authors and their work, as well as their reputations, and takes claims of infringement, plagiarism, ethical issues, and fraud very seriously. Assuq: International Journal of Islamic Economic Studies (AIJIES) operates under the guidelines of the Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. Authors maintain copyright while granting the journal the right to first publish (both online and in print) the work simultaneously. The restrictive license (non-commercial) is defined as follows:
BY (attribution): Users are permitted to share, distribute, and redistribute the published article across any medium or format, with proper acknowledgment of the authors and its initial publication in this journal. Authors are encouraged to share and disseminate their articles immediately after publication (e.g., on institutional or public repositories, personal websites).
NC (non-commercial): Users may not use the article for commercial purposes without obtaining permission from the authors. Authors explicitly agree that the published article can be indexed globally in databases, repositories, and indexing services, even if those services operate on a commercial basis.

License to Publish
The non-commercial utilization of the article will be regulated by the Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. The author hereby grants Assuq: International Journal of Islamic Economic Studies (AIJIES) the rights for publishing and distributing the manuscript, including tables, illustrations, or any other material submitted for inclusion as part of the manuscript (the “Article”) in print, electronic, and all other media (whether currently known or developed in the future), in any format, across all languages, worldwide, for the entire duration of copyright, and the right to permit others to do the same, effective as soon as the article is accepted for publication. This license also grants the right to enforce the rights assigned herein against third parties.
Author's Warranties
The author guarantees that the article is original, authored by the stated author(s), has not been previously published, contains no unlawful statements, does not violate the rights of others, has copyright vested exclusively in the author, and is free of third-party rights. The author(s) have also secured any necessary written permissions to reference other sources.
User Rights
Under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, both the author(s) and users are at liberty to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material). Rights of Authors
Authors retain the following rights:
- Copyright and other proprietary rights related to the article, such as patent rights,

Co-authorship
If the article was collaboratively prepared with other authors, the individual signing this form affirms that they have been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf and agrees to inform their co-authors about the terms of this agreement.
Royalties
This agreement grants the author no royalties or any other compensation. To the extent permitted by law, the author forfeits the right to receive royalties concerning the article for any use by Assuq: International Journal of Islamic Economic Studies (AIJIES) or its sublicensee.
Miscellaneous
Assuq: International Journal of Islamic Economic Studies (AIJIES) will publish the article (or arrange for its publication) in the Journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully finalised and Assuq: International Journal of Islamic Economic Studies (AIJIES) or its sublicensee is obligated to publish the article. Assuq: International Journal of Islamic Economic Studies (AIJIES) may adjust the article to fit a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and usage that it considers suitable.
